Sean Rash Wins First PBA Title

Parkersburg, WV - February 12, 2006
Sean Rash used timely spare shooting and two clutch strikes to defeat Mike DeVaney in the title match of the 2006 Professional Bowlers Association West Virginia Championship, 194-178, Sunday at Emerson Lanes.
The win makes Rash, a 23-year-old rookie, the first non-exempt PBA member to win a Denny’s PBA Tour event. He earned $40,000 for the win and an exemption for the 2006-07 Tour season.
